You can place an order from shop page. While you place an order you can find personalization box. If product is personalized, it is better to add your personalization here. If you missed or forget this box to fill , we will contact you through email to get this information.
If product needs approval from you (like alternative guestbooks or family signs),  we will send mock design to you.

We are most proud of, is our image etching service.  You can have YOUR images etched onto a beautiful piece of hardwood . This is a lovely, unique and lasting piece to add to your collection of family treasures. We can etch images on wood, glass, acrylic, marble etc.

We ship all items with UPS . All orders will be posted within 1 – 3 business days after payment has been received. Postage delivery times vary from city to city, and can also be affected by weather and postal services.

Yes, although we reserve the right to reject any material for safety concerns. For example, if we don’t know what the material it is, we will not allow it to be lasered. We also do not make any guarantees about the cut quality of customer-sourced materials
