Our round boards are made of premium quality 1/2″ Baltic Birch and have 3D raised black, white, and natural wood letters. The base board is finely finished (double-sanded) to ensure a smooth and easy signing surface.

Our 3D raised lettered sign features the FAMILY NAME and Established date, making it a unique and beautiful wedding guestbook that you can save for a lifetime. We are SO happy that we decided to get our sign from Engraved Crafts for our wedding! We had been browsing through lots of different Etsy shops, trying to find one that would accommodate our requests for a custom sign. Jacob and his team were amazing, from the beginning of the design process, they made sure we were happy with our design, font and text. We were able to make edits, and he sent us multiple designs to choose from.
When we decided on the design, everything was done very efficiently! Unfortunately, there was a small defect in the wood when we received our order, so we had messaged Jacob about it. He was incredible, told us not to worry and sent us a new one! This final one is PERFECT and we love it! Can't wait to use it for our wedding!! I love this guestbook. It is even better than I thought it would be. I purchased the 18" completely assembled guestbook. It is SO worth it to pay a little extra for them to put it all together for you. I could have never done it this well. 18" will be perfect for our small wedding (70 guests) but I would go larger if you have any more than that.

My original order was placed January 12th and I received my item February 3rd. At first glance it looked perfect. Unfortunately after lifting the sign to sit upright the letters shifted and some lettering fell off. I messaged Sarah and she agreed to send me another sign with no charge. The shipping for the second round took two weeks and somehow ended up back at the sellers address which caused a delay but eventually I received the new sign. I asked for the exact same sign, same stain, same size, same font and unfortunately I did not receive that. I wasn’t made aware that the wood is different and that would cause the stain to be different as well. The new sign is way lighter than I expected/wanted. The sign itself is amazing and good quality. I just wish it worked out better for my fiancé and I.

Since the lettering is raised, perhaps it should have been more padded since it was being shipped all the way from Canada to Arizona USA. Shipping companies tend not to be gentle in any way with packages. Other than that, it turned out very nice!

I purchased just the letters as I wanted my own rectangular wooden plaque. The letters are beautiful! The quality is very good. I used some wood glue to affix them to the plaque I bought at Michaels. The mock up tells you the dimensions so if you go this route you can shop for a plaque while it ships. Very pleased! Can’t wait to have this on display at our wedding in May!
