    My sign is absolutely beautiful, but I can't believe such a pricey piece doesn't come with mounting hardware. And everyone PLEASE, DO NOT hang anything over your baby's crib with command strips! Almost everything I've hung with them falls off after a year or two. I'd hate a child to get hit by one of these signs over it. So now to figure out how to get reliable mounting hardware into 1/4" plywood…

    So I thought the product was super cute upon arrival, but when I inspected it further I realized that there were black smudges all over the natural unpainted wood which affected its quality and appearance. I reached out and was told this was a part of the laser cutting and that there’s a disclaimer in the product description. I searched the product and didn’t see a disclaimer. The owner was kind enough to refund me half of my money back which I used to buy a new name sign elsewhere. Super cute concept, but improvements need to be made.

    The product exceeded our expectations. Its very sturdy, packed really well. It has no hanging stuff at the back. I was gonna use gorilla double sided tape but because if my wall decal that I didn’t want to destroy we just used 3 little nails and nailed it to the wall. It was perfect.

    The sign is super cute but it came in the wrong color and there is a big streak of stain that is claimed to be a dark part of wood but this is not the first time for me or my husband dealing with a stained piece of wood and we know the difference. The customer service was great dealing with these issues and they agreed to refund 50% of the cost. I have yet to confirm that they did in fact refund me….

    Received the first one with black stains on it and she proceeded to imply that I had made those marks myself, but said she would send out a new one. Recieved the replacement and it also has black staining and the white lettering is bubbling. Very disappointed I spent $80 on this. Not to mention after reading others reviews other people were complaining about the same black stains so not sure why I was treated as such. Buy from some where else, Im going to have to place a chargeback now.

    It was perfect, the only complaint is that it arrived with a black hole in the center of the name.. so it ruined the look. I purchased this in my son’s name who had passed.. so it is very very special. I’ll probably end up trying to pain match the wood and fill in the imperfection.
