    The board is gorgeous and everything I could have asked for. However, when I placed my order, I immediately realized I put in the wrong address. I was in the middle of moving to my new home and let her know 5 minutes after ordering the new address which was apparently no problem. She confirmed the design with me and I then again confirmed the new shipping address and she said no problem. The address was never updated and luckily showed up the day I was moving. The customer service could have definitely been better but the overall quality of the board and design is beautiful. Glad I was home when it showed up.
