We guarantee that your order will be shipped in 2 weeks. we start usually next business day that you placed your order.

• Payment problems
  Payment processing issues will postpone the shipment of your order until we contact you for a resolution (be sure to provide your best contact information, we won’t use it for marketing or share it with anyone). This includes any order with fraud concerns.
• Address problems
  We attempt to validate all shipping addresses with third party databases provided by the Canada Post and others to ensure on-time delivery. If we cannot validate your shipping address, we hold your order until we can do so. We want to ensure we are shipping to a correct address before the package leaves our facility. We will attempt to contact you immediately.

if there is a delay because of an error by the carrier, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue, if they cant locate product immediately we will contact you and ask for refund or re-process your order (upon request).
